Mexico goalkeeper Guillermo Ochoa produced arguably the finest individual performance of the 2014 World Cup against Brazil on Tuesday night.
Ochoa denied the hosts time and again, producing a magnificent one-handed save in the first-half to deny Neymar a third tournament goal and frustrate a partisan crowd.
The 28-year-old, a free agent after Ajaccio released him, thwarted Neymar again in the second period before his late block prevented Thiago Silva from nodding in the winner.
Ochoa made four excellent saves during his side's 0-0 draw with Brazil
Ochoa's heroics leave Mexico level with Brazil on four points with Croatia to play later this week.
"It was very difficult, and I'm delighted to leave the field with the zero on the scoreboard," man of the match Ochoa said. "It was the game of my life."
