Anderson Says Manchester United Players 'Want Out' Under David Moyes (VIDEO)

'Lots Of Players Want Out At United' - Anderson Gets Revenge On Moyes (VIDEO)

Anderson claims several Manchester United players "want out" under David Moyes, including winger Nani.

The Brazilian is on loan at Fiorentina after featuring just nine times under David Moyes this season, and he has already confirmed he wants to make the switch to Florence permanent.

Bought for £25 million from Porto in 2007, Anderson has under-performed at Old Trafford and claims players are already keen to leave nine months on from Sir Alex Ferguson's retirement.

Anderson is likely to leave United permanently and Nani could follow

"I want to stay here [in Florence]," Anderson said. "Playing in Manchester was great. It's a prestigious club with a lot of history. I've been there seven or eight years and I'm thankful to be here, to show Fiorentina my quality and fight for a spot in the starting line-up. I thank all Manchester United fans for their love, but I'm here to stay.

"I'm sure that lots of players want out, especially people like myself and Nani, who have been in Manchester for seven or eight years. Manchester United is a huge club a club that does everything for its players but sometimes a footballer wants to leave just to experience a different way to play football, to learn something as well."

Nani, who joined the club at the same time as Anderson, has not played in nearly two months due to a hamstring injury and only signed a new five-year contract with the champions in September.

His previous deal was due to expire this summer and it was believed that had Ferguson remained in charge he would have sold the Portuguese.

Nemanja Vidić, Rio Ferdinand, Patrice Evra, Ryan Giggs, Jesse Lingard and Federico Macheda's contracts run out in five months' time and eight more, including Anderson, Wayne Rooney and Michael Carrick, are up for renewal in 2015.

United lost their eighth Premier League match of the campaign at Stoke on Saturday and are seventh in the table.

10 Players Manchester United Could Sell

10 players United could sell
Antonio Valencia(01 of10)

Valencia returned so encouragingly from a six-month layoff in 2010-11, yet has regressed over the last three seasons, and has only played well over a four-month period between December and April during the 2011-12 campaign.Too muscle-bound, he is not as zippy as he was in his first term at Old Trafford, his crossing is diabolical for a winger and he does not score enough goals.Contract expires: 2015 (credit:PA)
Anderson(02 of10)

Overweight and overlooked by David Moyes, it is difficult to think of a player who has contributed less to four United title wins. After an auspicious debut campaign in 2007-08, Anderson seems to have gotten worse.Recklessly rewarded with a new contract after a spate of encouraging displays in December 2010, he is rarely listed in Moyes's matchday squads and should have been sold in the summer.Contract expires: 2015 (credit:PA)
Tom Cleverley(03 of10)

Cleverley turns 25 this year, and he has not reached the level he showed at the start of the 2011-12 season, when United became briefly dependent on him in central midfield.Disliked by a large portion of United's supporters, his decision to launch a website and brand after seven first-team games for the Reds was an early warning sign. Cleverley's presence in Moyes's line-ups highlights United's midfield malaise.Contract expires: 2015 (credit:PA)
Alexander Büttner(04 of10)

A competition winner of a full-back, it is enough of an insult to Fábio da Silva that the off-form Patrice Evra has kept his place in the first XI, let alone the presence of Büttner as back-up. What was Fergie thinking?Contract expires: 2017 (credit:Getty Images)
Bébé(05 of10)

Sir Alex Ferguson's worst ever signing and perhaps the worst ever 'footballer' to have worn the red shirt. No need to add any more.Contract expires: 2015 (credit:PA)
Ashley Young(06 of10)

He has improved recently but Young has not been good enough over the course of two-and-a-half-years with United and is fortunate United's options on the wing are nearly as insufficient as they are in midfield.Contract expires: 2016 (credit:PA)
Shinji Kagawa(07 of10)

Initially, and unfairly, ignored by Moyes, Kagawa has simply not played well this season and it seems like it just won't happen for him in England.Could be a handy makeweight in any possible deals for Borussia Dortmund's İlkay Gündoğan or Marco Reus.Contract expires: 2016 (credit:Getty Images)
Javier Hernández(08 of10)

Since he endorsed speculation surrounding his future at United, Hernández has struggled in the side. He continues to be a liability on the ball outside of the box and is now very much the club's fourth-choice striker, thanks to Danny Welbeck's good form.Tottenham had a bid rejected in the summer and he could command more than double the £6m United paid for him in 2010.Contract expires: 2016 (credit:Getty Images)
Darren Fletcher(09 of10)

Popular, tough and committed, while it seems callous to suggest Fletcher - and much depends on how he performs in the second half of this season - he has played 24 times in the last two-and-a-half seasons, turns 30 next month and was viewed as a stop-gap during his excellent form between 2008-10. United will also, you sense, finally bring in some good midfielders this year. The main thing is he is healthy again and can continue his career, only it could be away from Old Trafford.Contract expires: 2015 (credit:Getty Images)
