England To Play In Umbro Kit For Final Time: Which Was The Best? (PICTURES)

England To Play In Umbro For The Final Time

England will end their 30-year association with Umbro against Brazil tonight as American sportswear giant Nike takes over tailoring duties.

Umbro have kit supplied England, with the exception of Admiral's seven-year stretch between 1974 and 1981, since the 1950s and tailored every side at the 19966 World Cup finals when Sir Alf Ramsey's Three Lions were triumphant.

Although they lost their mojo in the 90s and at the start of the century, Umbro have enjoyed a resurgence in recent years not only with England but some of their Manchester City efforts.

But following Team GB's success with adidas during the London 2012 Olympics the Football Association struck a deal with their rivals. Nike have incidentally owned Umbro since 2009.
