FA Cup Final Date And Kick-Off Time

When Does The FA Cup Final Kick-Off?
|

This year's FA Cup final between Arsenal and Hull City will take place on Saturday 17 May and kick-off at 5pm.

FA Cup finals have kicked off at the tea-time slot since the 2012 final, when Chelsea beat Liverpool 2-1. The switch to 5pm, rather than the traditional 3pm, is to accommodate television viewers worldwide.

Arsenal and Hull's game will clash with two major matches in Europe. In Spain, Barcelona will host Atlético Madrid in a 5pm La Liga title decider, where anything but a Barça win will result in Atléti's first championship since 1996.

Then, in Germany, the country's two footballing giants, Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund will contest the German Cup final in Berlin at 7pm.

Dortmund have not won a trophy since the 2012 final, while Bayern could complete a domestic double.
