Cristiano Ronaldo rose like Michael Jordan to score against his old club as Real Madrid were held to a 1-1 draw by Manchester United in the first leg of the clubs' round-of-16 Champions League tie.
The Bernabéu witnessed a riveting encounter between the two clubs, who will meet again at Old Trafford in 20 days.
