Who Said It? Arsène Wenger Or Basil Fawlty? (QUIZ)

Forget the Hornbyite nouveaux fans, sussed Arsenal supporters are now struggling to justify why Arsène Wenger should be the club's manager for the 2013-14 season.

After the League Cup elimination at Bradford in December, the weekend home defeat to Championship side Blackburn Rovers in the FA Cup saw the decibel level for boos hit a new high at the Emirates. Barring a Chelsea (or Liverpool)-like Champions League miracle the Gunners face the prospect of nine years without a trophy. When Manchester United experienced such a drought between 1968 and 1977 they went through four managers.

It is a maddening scenario not just for Gooners, but for Wenger. Perhaps the greatest manager the club has boasted, in the post-2005 era he has however experienced some monumental touchline meltdowns. From squaring up to Martin Jol, relishing some fisticuffs with Alan Pardew and massacring a water bottle - the latter now something of a regular occurrence.

And that has seen Wenger compared to Fawlty Towers' eponymous anti-hero Basil, such is their slinkily slender 6ft+ frames and penchant for tantrums.

So after David Brent and Brendan Rodgers last week we ask who said it? Wenger or Fawlty?
