Her family has issued a statement on her behalf after she pleaded guilty to drink-driving while disqualified and without insurance last month.
The reality TV star allegedly told police officers: "I took drugs, I should not be driving, I admit it all."
The reality TV star was taken to hospital on Tuesday following the accident.
“We are concerned and worried about her deeply," they posted on the star's Instagram account.
The reality star claimed earlier this week that she was still banned from driving.
The car dealer's entire right arm is now a tribute to Katie.
