Michael Gove's former special adviser Dominic Cummings has issues with a lot of people at the top of government and a pretty creative way of letting them know what he thinks of them.

Nick Clegg remains the former Department for Education adviser's main target, but he has used an interview with The Times to tell us what he thinks of the men at the top of the Downing Street machine.

The prime minister's official spokesperson said on Monday morning that Cameron was too busy to read what Cummings had said about him and his staff. "The prime minister has the highest regard for what the team around him does," the spokesman added.
