Ed Balls Dresses As Father Christmas After Autumn Statement (PICTURES)

Christmas? It's A Load Of Balls (PICTURES)

Ed Balls had a shaky performance in the House of Commons on Tuesday as he faltered in his initial response to George Osborne's Autumn Statement.

So much so it would appear that he spent the rest of the evening in disguise.

Balls was attending the Westminster Kids Club annual Christmas Party at the Members Dining Room of the Commons where he handed out presents, although not everyone seemed happy about it.

Justine Thornton, wife of Labour leader, Ed Mliband, was the guest of honour, getting in to the spirit by donning some festive antlers.
