These incredible pictures show residents of central Gaza watching in horror as targeted Israeli air strikes destroy an apartment building. The owner of the building devastated in the attack was asked to evacuate before the strike was launched. Forewarned of the impeding destruction, the neighbourhood stood and watched as ordnance rained down, with three jet fighters delivering guided bombs. Incredibly, the target building was flattened but the surrounding buildings remained intact.
