Open Image ModalWe understand that models have long legs. We get it! However, we refuse to believe that they have adjustable knees. In this BCBG ad, the models seem to be having some patellar trouble. Both these ladies have the left side of their skirts bent at angles where their knees should be while their right legs are bent unnaturally at a much lower position. Either their right legs were elongated, their left legs were straightened or models have evolved to have adjustable appendages.(Courtesy photo)
H&M (25 of73)
Open Image ModalFor the last H&M accessories style book, Arlenis Sosa and Jessica Stam were photographed by Mikael Kangas. The pictures are glossy and colorful (standard H&M) but one picture caught our Style eye. This photo of Sosa holding a number of purses looks just fine until you look at her torso. There are no creases and in fact, it looks cartoonish. If Sosa were leaning against/basically sitting on the back of a Vespa, her dress would have creases, right? (Courtesy photo)

Open Image ModalJuicy Couture (27 of73)
Open Image ModalWhen we first saw these photos of Namibian model Behati Prinsloo for Juicy Couture's fall 2012 jean line, we expected to see signs of Photoshop in Prinsloo's arms, torso or even hips. We were happy to see that the model actually looked pretty natural, until we realized that her left foot in this photo is wonky and she's missing several toes. (Courtesy photo)
Jimmy Choo(28 of73)
Open Image ModalWe have to admit that we're not sure if there is a Photoshop fail in this Jimmy Choo perfume ad. The model looks very thin (as per usual) and the angle from which the photographer took the picture makes her look very limby. We became suspicious when we saw the size of her right leg; it looks bigger than her left and it looks like her left calf muscle has been whittled away. (Courtesy photo)
Longchamp (29 of73)
Open Image ModalWe're not going to lie, we kind of love Lisa Winkler and Coco Rocha's campaign for Longchamp, but this photo made us cock our heads to one side and say, "huh?" Although the two models are supposed to be dancing and playing on the streets of NYC (fun!) we're not sure we believe Winkler's pose here. Either her legs are actually very VERY long or something's been tampered with. (Courtesy photo)
Peet Dullaert (30 of73)
Open Image ModalModel Iris van Berne is photographed in this campaign for Dutch label Peet Dullaert. We're not sure if the campaign was all about trying to confuse the eye into thinking the clothes have been drawn on, but either way there is some MAJOR Photoshop action going on here. (Courtesy photo)
Set (31 of73)
Open Image ModalCan we just say...OW! Russian model Anna Selezneva has been stretched to her limit in this photo for German label Set. While her left leg is lifted onto a couch, her right leg has been attacked by some vicious monster that bit right into her thigh! Also, this is a terrible Photoshop job. Terrible.(Courtesy photo)

Open Image ModalLily Donaldson for Vogue Russia (60 of73)
Open Image ModalWe know that models are flexible. They contort their bodies this way and that just to get that perfect pose--edgy and elegant. So when we saw this we weren't sure if it was a Photoshop fail or if Donaldson is a fan of Bikram yoga. Still, the curve of her back looks to have been accentuated and the angle of her head made to perfectly match that of her left thigh.
Lara Stone for Calvin Klein Jeans(61 of73)
Open Image ModalINGA by Inga Savits (62 of73)
Open Image ModalThe model in this photo for Inga Savtis's catalogue either has an extremely long upper chest or her bra has been Photoshopped to appear lower than it possibly could. As a matter of fact, the bra looks like it's at the level of where her ribs should be. We know that models can do nearly impossible things with their bodies, but this is too much.
Catherine McNeill for Diesel: Portraits For Successful Living (63 of73)
Open Image ModalDiesel encourages us to water our plants while topless to live successfully. Thanks Diesel! However, we'd like to suggest that they use less shadowing techniques in their photo editing to create a successfully flub-less ad. Catherine McNeill looks strangely un-proportioned with her left arm casting a darker shadow than it should on her torso and her left hip bone jutting out in an awkward angle.
Emma Stone for Vogue (64 of73)
Open Image ModalEmma Stone is suffering a case of the missing hand in this spread for Vogue. Apart from her non-existant left hand, Stone's body looks strange, as if the top half is in a different dimension than her bottom half, which makes her waist look tiny and unnatural.
Victoria's Secret Thigh Fail (65 of73)
Open Image ModalViva! Magazine(66 of73)
Open Image ModalThe model on Brazil's Viva! magazine is so airbrushed and Photoshopped, she looks more like a cartoon than a real person. What most attracted us to this glossy cover, however, were the model's teeth: not only are they glossy white but they also lead to a red cavern of a mouth with no variations in color or texture.
