Your best Edinburgh moment?

One of the first shows I was in, called Somehow I Feel Dirty, in 2002. We got a five star review in the first week, sold out and got a standing ovation one night - when my parents were in the audience. I was so proud!

And your worst?

The worst day of flyering ever, when one guy told me my face was very fat on the flyer, a man shouted at me for five minutes about how I was going to hell because I wouldn’t exchange my flyer for a bible, and small child took my flyer and then smacked me over the head with it.

Which Edinburgh landmark/venue/place would you give a five star review to?

It's got to be the little statue of Greyfriars Bobby on George IV bridge. It's very cute. He was a Skye Terrier who became known in 19th century Edinburgh for spending 14 years guarding the grave of his owner. Now that's commitment...
