Well, here's a fun fact for all you Aaron Sorkin/West Wing/democracy fans out there. US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has revealed that Burmese lawmakers have been teaching themselves how to run a democracy by watching episodes of The West Wing.

Clinton made the revelation during a speech at the Congressional Gold Medal ceremony, which was being received by Aung San Suu Kyi - four years after she was awarded it.
