How will you be marking the one-year anniversary of Margaret Thatcher's death? Comedian Nathaniel Tapley is holding a séance - and you're all invited!

Yes, the comic is attempting to raise the soul of Margaret Thatcher ("assuming she had one") at London's Leicester Square Theatre exactly one year after her passing. He'll be performing the show in character as spooky medium Melmoth Darkleigh - although he's better known to many as Sir Ian Bowler MP.

Tapley concedes that the show is “the exploitation of the death of a lonely, vulnerable old woman for commercial gain” - but, he adds, “I think she would have approved.”

“If you think that there are times and places when you should be safe from attack,” says Tapley, “I'd say: tell that to the crew of the Belgrano.”

So if you're in London on the 8th or 9th of April, and not a huge fan of the Iron Lady, then this might just be the show for you. Find out more about it on the Leicester Square Theatre website.
