This is Duncan Lou Who, a boxer dog born with deformed back legs that had to be removed.
Since he hates using a wheelchair his owners just let him get on with using two legs - and he's an absolute pro.
His carers, Panda Paws Rescue, took him to the beach and he absolutely loved it...
