After working with the CHAT Trust and eventually becoming a trustee, Kema now wants other young people to "be the change they want to see in the world" and get involved with charities close to them.

Kema Sikazwe, also known as Kema Kay, is a rapper, singer/songwriter and actor from the North East of England. Kema is also a trustee at the CHAT Trust.
