If we had a body like David Haye, we'd be getting naked at any given opportunity so we're really not surprised that he's so fond of stripping off.
As well as flashing his bum in the shower on 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here', David's also gone completely nude for Cosmopolitan magazine.
The heavyweight boxer stripped off and posed for the magazine's annual centrefold edition to raise awareness of male cancer for the Everyman charity with only his (large) hand to protect his modesty.
What a guy.
