From the fastest tortoise to the most flesh tunnels in a face, the contenders for this year's Guinness World Records have been unveiled.

The release of this year's book also features the fastest time to crush three watermelons between the thighs and the world's largest feet.

With pet records being some of the most popular Guinness World Records Editor-in-Chief Craig Glenday says “Guinness World Records titles and readers can’t wait to see all the jaw-dropping new animal exploits year after year.The 2016 edition features an impressive mix of talented household pets and barnyard behemoths from around the world.
