Should companies have the same rights as people? That's been the issue at the heart of the US Supreme Court's ruling on Monday that corporations are not required to provide contraception coverage for their employees.

The ruling came as a result of the chain Hobby Lobby - sort of an American, Christian-owned version of Hobbycraft - arguing that Obamacare's contraception mandate goes against their religious beliefs.

A day before the Supreme Court's decision, 'Last Week Tonight With John Oliver' covered the topic - and typically took it to its natural conclusion. If Hobby Lobby has religious rights, then why not Ben & Jerry's and Taco Bell? And if companies want to be treated like people, then why don't we demand that they have a life span of 79 years?
