Escorting Kelly round the shows of New York Fashion Week was her current boyfriend Matthew Mosshart who looked a lot cooler in his t-shirt and jeans combo.
Well, it can get ever so humid in the Big A at this time of year.
Kelly has been dating the vegan chef for over a year after meeting at Kate Moss and Jamie Hince's wedding.
