Leona Lewis and Liam Payne kept us guessing for ages if anything was going on between them, but she has finally confirmed the pair were only ever good friends.
And it's just as well too, as Liam looks to be properly back on with his ex, Danielle Peazer.
She jetted to New York earlier this week to support the One Directioner at his gig at Madison Square Garden and last night the pair enjoyed another date night.
Liam and Danielle looked properly loved up as they left Nello's restaurant hand in hand.
The singer was linked to Leona after he and Danielle split in September, but she has insisted nothing ever happened with Liam.
"It's not going there. We're friends now," Leona said of Liam in an interview with Now magazine.
She was pictured back in the arms of ex-boyfriend Dennis Jauch over the weekend when the pair enjoyed a dinner date at a London restaurant.
At the end of the night, Dennis tweeted: "The most precious possession that ever comes to a man in this world is a woman’s heart."
