Madonna's Super Bowl Background Dancer Does A 'Windmill Foot', Steals The Show (VIDEO)

WATCH: Madonna's Background Dancer Pulls Off Seemingly Impossible Move At The Super Bowl

Now the dust has settled, it looks like we've learned about five important things from 2012's Super Bowl.

They are: Madonna's sense of balance could do with some work, MIA's manners are somewhat lacking, adverts can occasionally be amazing, and an American football team called 'The New York Giants' are better at shoulder barging than the New England Patriots. Sometimes.

But as well as all this, there's another incredible moment we won't be forgetting in a hurry - the time when one of Madonna's background dancers appeared to swing his leg around from his knee like it was made of jelly.

Dubbed the 'windmill foot' by some, it's only slightly similar to the better-known breakdancing move 'the windmill', in that it involves a leg going round and round.

But whereas the traditional 'windmill' sees both of the dancer's feet twirling into the air as their whole body spins around, this one just has a floppy leg jetting about like a Catherine wheel.

To paraphrase the title of a terrible Sarah Jessica-Parker movie, we don't know how he does it. Do you? If so, let us know in the comment box below.

And just in case you fancy it, here's the whole Madonna show to enjoy below.
