Reese Witherspoon has given birth to her third child, a son named Tennessee James Toth.

Baby Tennessee is the first child for Reese with her second husband Jim Toth.

The Oscar-winning actress already has two children, Ava and Deacon, with her first husband Ryan Phillippe.

JustJared.com report a statement from the family, indicating that, "Reese Witherspoon and husband Jim Toth welcomed Tennessee James into their family today. Both mom and baby are healthy and the entire family is thrilled."
