Sarah Harding Shows Off Her Toned Abs In Crop Top On Sunny London Day

Sarah Harding is in great shape, and as the mercury rose yesterday, she had the perfect excuse to get her toned bod out.

The Girls Aloud star took advantage of the London sunshine as she ran errands sporting a black crop top, which showed off her perfect set of abs.

As she returned home later that evening, she came a cropper thanks to her clodhopping heels, and of course the paps were there to catch the unfortunate moment.

Sarah's washboard stomach is thanks to the hard yards she's been putting in at the gym recently, ahead of Girls Aloud's big comeback later this year.

They revealed plans for a November reunion, and we got a glimpse of four-fifths of the band back together again as Sarah, Cheryl and Nicola turned up to celebrate Kimberley's last night as Princess Fiona in Shrek: The Musical on Monday.

Speaking about the comeback plans, Cheryl recently told Chris Moyles: "It's coming up to our tenth anniversary in November and we all want to do something to celebrate it, so watch out!"
