New York, the bustling Big Apple has ground to a near standstill as the East Coast endures one of the worst storms in its history.
Winter Storm Juno could dump up to 30 inches of snow in some parts of New Jersey, Maine and New Hampshire.
Philadelphia is expected to receive up to 10 inches of snow and strong winds.

On Monday night the authorities had banned travel on city streets and highways in New York City, Long Island and New Jersey, except for emergency services and essential personnel.
As of midnight Rhode Island had implemented a travel ban on all roads and closed its bridges.
Rhode Island governor Gina Raimondo told residents to prepare for 2-3 feet of snow and to expect to potentially be without power for days. “Stay in your house until you hear otherwise,” she warned.
Shoveling snow on Times Square
Commuters in New Jersey can expect delays until at least Thursday after the Transit train service was shut down at 9pm on Monday.
As of 6pm on Monday, the Associated Press estimated more than 7,500 flights and counting had been cancelled across the region, which is home to some 35million people.
