London is currently hosting art galleries from across the world in the confines of The Royal Hospital Chelsea as specialists have gathered together the fanciest and finest works of art for the "Masterpiece London" fair.

Think of it as an jet-setters' version of IKEA that they would browse for items to decorate their home, which draws the likes of Princess Beatrice, Vogue editor Anna Wintour, designer Tom Ford, Made in Chelsea stars galore along with Rod Stewart and Penny Lancaster.

As Bob Chaundy blogs, "You can wander past pictures by Warhol and Magritte, life-size horse sculptures by Nic Fiddian-Green, dazzling diamonds by Cartier or collections of medieval armour. You can even buy a beautiful bespoke safe in which to lock away your jewels and watches."

Now in its fifth year, Masterpiece London has got a vast range of jewllery, antiques, furniture, paintings and design. HuffPost UK has rounded up the nine most fantastically fancy items that you could get... if you had a bit of money to spare.
