Chris Brown announced his split from girlfriend Karrueche Tran amid rumours he was getting back with Rihanna after they were spotted together on a string of 'dates'. Chris - who was convicted of assaulting RiRi in 2009 - later posted a video online, claiming he was 'in love with two people'.

Wherever Lindsay Lohan goes, drama is never far away and the latest incident for the star saw her involved in a fight with her mother Dina after a night out. In a leaked phone call to her father Michael, she could be heard claiming that her mother was on cocaine and attacking her. She then admitted she had lied about her mother after cops were called to Dina's house, hitting out at her dad for leaking the call.

Justin Bieber found himself at the centre of a naked picture scandal after his laptop was stolen backstage at a gig. After he tweeted that the laptop contained 'personal footage', a nude picture supposedly of the star leaked. However it was proven to be a fake when the personal in the photo had an 'innie' belly button, where as Justin has an 'outie'. (credit:PA)

'X Factor' contestant Jahmene Douglas revealed his tragic childhood when he told of how his father used to abuse him, his mother and his siblings. After telling of his 'living hell', the singer broke down in tears on the following week's 'X Factor' after his performance of Aretha Franklin's 'Say A Little Prayer'.

Following their split the previous month, Chantelle Houghton's war of words with Alex Reid continued when she tweeted a series of explosive revelations about her ex. She told Twitter followers of how Alex had turned their house into a sex dungeon, and that he had arranged to meet men for sex during their relationship. He went on to defend himself (on the pages of a magazine, obvs) insisting he had never cheated on Chantelle but had slept with men in the past.
