The ongoing debate in the House of Commons about whether or not Scottish MPs should be able to vote on laws only affecting England has inspired the Mayor of London to come up with his own campaign.

Boris Johnson, MP for Uxbridge and South Ruislip, has demanded the right to be the only person who votes on laws only affecting himself. The move comes just months after Boris held a failed referendum on declaring himself an independent country. The motion was unable to pass due to a low voter turnout of 0%.
