Singer Craig David lives his life by the Twitter hashtag #EatCleanTrainDirty - it sits at the top of his profile page – and it certainly seems to be paying off in grand style.

He was spotted doing an outdoor workout at a park in Miami Beach sporting a rippling six-pack and bulging chest and arm muscles.

His trainer Grant DeBacher accompanied him and gave the 7 Days singer a hand with stomach and biceps exercises.

Also making an appearance were the performers’ black towels, which were customised with the aforementioned mantra.

Thirty-one-year-old Craig was dressed in white adidas gym gear. But of course, with bulging muscles to show off, he didn’t bother wearing a top.

He has hinted that a new album will be forthcoming in 2012.
