Stuart Semple's living sculpture, 'Believe', entertained passers-by in Regents Park today as the international art world converged on London for Frieze week. The work was spontaneously staged by Semple, whose other free public performance pieces include 'HappyClouds', for which he launched thousands of floating smiley faces from Tate Modern towards the City to cheer up workers during the recession.
