The Paris Catacombs, one of the world’s largest cemeteries, become the latest host on the platform. For one night only, two brave souls will have the chance to experience a Halloween night they will never forget, 65 feet under the city. Located south of the former city gate, the Catacombs of Paris contain the remains of millions of Parisians transferred there gradually between the late eighteenth and mid-nineteenth centuries as City graveyards were closed due to public health risks. Each year, 500,000 people from around the world visit the Catacombs, but this will be the very first time that people are allowed to spend the night there. This exclusive night is organized through a partnership which contributes to the financing of renovation works in the Catacombs. Special measures were put in place to ensure the safety of participants and the preservation of the ossuary.During the night of October 31st, the Catacombs of Paris and Airbnb are offering an exclusive night in the depths of the city
