You might do a double-take if you saw these squirrels in action in your back yard. In fact, with one seemingly using a handsaw and another appearing to use a nut-cracker, you may just need a lie down. Others are seen pulling off gravity-defying balancing acts perched atop a branch or with little legs splayed between two pieces of corn. Thankfully, the bushytailed-critters haven't evolved that much as yet, these are the latest light-hearted set-ups of squirrel nut photographer Geert Weggen. Geert, from the village of Bispgarden in Sweden, entices the squirrels into his garden with seeds and nuts. If placed cleverly enough, it ensures the squirrels appear to be interacting with the small props on show. Geert, 48, a builder and carpenter by trade, describes himself as "a man who lives with and in magic". He says he "loves the bizarre , the unusual, nature, people and tries to capture dreams and ideas in his work." (credit:Geert Weggen/REX Shutterstock)
