It doesn’t take Jedi powers to have noticed that yes, this week, the world celebrated Star Wars Day (4 May).

This could mean you spent the day dressed as an ewok or waving a plastic light sabre about. It could also mean you just had to grit your teeth as a hundred different jokers said ‘may the fourth be with you’.

But however you feel about the films, thanks to a special exhibition opening at The Generation Gallery in Manchester, it could also mean you get to feast your eyes on some rather cosmic art.

And this isn’t your usual knock-off merchandise either but the official Star Wars fine art collection, featuring the likes of Jabba The Hutt, R2D2 and Boba Fett as you’ve never seen them before...
