Cheryl Cole is so rarely photographed these days that when new pics land on our desk, we do a little dance of excitement.

And isn't this latest set an absolute visual treat for a Friday afternoon.

La Cole went all Grecian goddess on our asses as she turned up for the Prince's Trust Invest In Futures dinner at the Savoy Hotel last night.

Wearing a white floor-length Greek-style dress, the former X Factor judge looked glowing at the bash hosted by the Prince of Wales.

The pair were deep in conversation as she arrived at the dinner, giving us the perfect opportunity to have a little caption competition on this picture - who knew Charles was such a comedian?

Chezza - who auctioned herself off at the dinner, with the winner receiving afternoon tea with her - is a big fan of Chazza, and when she got home she wasted no time in declaring her admiration for him.

She tweeted: "Had such a lovely night with our very own Prince Charles.. #adorehim his work to create our youth a better future is so inspiring."

She's also taken to Twitter to rubbish reports she could return as a judge to The X Factor (massive sadface).

Simon Cowell's former golden girl has said the show is "part of her past", and called for people to move on from the story of her possible return.

Tweeting before attending last night's dinner she wrote: "X factor was a great experience and time in my life and career but is now part of my past .. Please #letsmoveonnow #newnewspls Zzzzz *yawns*."

Louis Walsh had suggested Cheryl was set to return to the panel in place of Kelly Rowland, who is believed to have quit the show.

Now after Cheryl has ruled herself out, ITV bosses are said to be back to the drawing board for this year's show.

"She is friends with Gary, Louis and Tulisa so it could have been the perfect mix but now we are back to square one. She was top of the list for Simon and ITV so we have to look again at our options and move quickly."
