David Adam Pate is accused of murdering Ricky James
The 24-year-old was charged with murder on Friday, though no motive has been established.
"Our deepest condolences go out to the family of Mr James.
"We are thankful that we were able to solve this case so quickly. Our investigators did a great job putting this case together. We suspected Pate almost immediately but had to wait on lab results to prove it. We are thankful he is in jail where he belongs," Sheriff Barry Faile said in a news release.
Pate's other tattoos include a St George's cross, an 'S' for the heavy metal band slipknot and the number 974, which The Independent writes, is associated with the US-based street and prison gang Gangster Disciples.
