Ukrainian Women Launch Sex Boycott On Russians

'No Sex For Russians,' Say Ukrainian Women

Russia may not be fussed about various US and EU sanctions, or being booted out of the G8, but a new Ukrainian campaign may catch their attention.

In the wake of the Kremlin's annexation of Crimea, Ukrainian women are calling for a sex embargo against Russians.

The sex boycott already has its own line of t-shirts, all carrying the official logo of two hands clasped together, creating a rather suggestive shape.

The slogan: “Don’t give it to a Russian!” is followed by a verse from Ukrainian poet Taras Shevchenko’s 1838 poem “Kateryna”: “O lovely maidans, fall in love, but not with the Moskaly [the Russians].”

All our female heroes, who agreed to be photographed in patriotic shirts, each had something of their own in mind... Do not give Crimea to a Russian, do not let a Russian capture your land, do not give money to a Russian or do not let a Russian win... Funny enough, sex came to mind last.
