Heartfelt video has appeared online of disabled people and their carers celebrating Christmas, 24 hours before shooters targeted their community centre.

The footage was taken in California-based 'Inland Regional Center', a state-run support facility for those suffering from developmental disabilities.

It shows residents dancing and singing cheerfully in a room adorned with tinsel and other festive decorations.

Less than 24 hours later, the IRC became the scene of a mass-shooting incident.

14 people were killed and 17 left injured by a couple who opened fire in the community centre, named as Syed Farook and Tashfeen Melik. They both died in a shoot-out with police.
