Two men have been charged after a young woman was left unconscious following a violent attack on a bus, police said.

CCTV images showed a group of five men she had never met criticising her clothing before pouring a can of drink over her and pulling her hair.

She was then pushed and kicked in the stomach, and fell to the ground unconscious.

Both men have been released on bail. Scotland Yard said it was not seeking anyone else in connection with the investigation.
