London, 3rd May 2015. An army of nocturnal runners last night (Saturday) turned Wembley Park into an electric wonderland of light and sound. More than 15,000 people took part in the UK Electric Run set in the newly regenerated landscape around Wembley Stadium. The 85 acre site was transformed by the colourful mass of runners who made their way around a 5k course within the landmark development. Wembley Park is one of the most significant regeneration projects taking place in London today. The area around Wembley Stadium and The SSE Arena is transforming into a vibrant new destination and neighbourhood for the capital.
