To mark the launch of the 101st Affordable Art Fair, taking place in Hampstead this week, a living, breathing recreation of Manet’s famous painting, Le Dejeurner sur l’herbe, was installed in the capital. The legendary feast themed painting, which caused uproar in 1863 due to the rumour of a featured prostitute, is now widely accepted as the start of the contemporary art movement.

A squirrel is seen curiously examining a peanut held by a teddy bear on a feeder in Hamburg. The nut in question was dangling from a fishing rod held by the miniature teddy. And the hungry squirrel seemed intrigued by the dangling offering - scampering up to take a sniff. However, luckily for it, it didn't have to work out how to retrieve the food as there were other easier to reach peanuts scattered around.
