It's the dance craze made famous by Miley Cyrus. And it's pretty bloody dangerous by the looks of things.

A YouTube video is circulating, showing a young woman filming herself twerking (upside down too! show-off) against the entrance to her living room.

Naturally the door opens and you snort, thinking this is SO obviously staged... but keep watching...
