It's no secret that actors are often asked to shape up for Hollywood blockbusters, especially with physically demanding action movies.

But that doesn't mean Star Wars' Carrie Fisher is happy about having to drop some pounds for her comeback in the franchise.

Fisher, who played Princess Leia in the original Star Wars trilogy and Mark Hamill, who played Luke Skywalker, have been asked to closely resemble their old characters, according to The Sun.

Digital Spy reports Fisher recently said of Star Wars being bought by Disney: "I'm glad they are doing a new movie because they are sending a trainer to my house so I can get in really good shape. So I'm really eating a lot of sugar in advance, as you can see.

"By the time I really get down to it I will have eaten everything."

It was recently revealed George Lucas, who is acting as a creative consultant on 'Star Wars: Episode VII', hasn't done any consulting. At least not yet.

In a new interview with Access Hollywood, Lucas said his contact with director J.J. Abrams has been nonexistent.

"I have not spoken to J.J.," Lucas revealed at the 2013 Daytime Emmy Awards. "He's been busy with 'Star Trek'. I'm sure he'll let me know when he's got some questions. It's all going well. Kathy tells me it's working out great."

Kathy in that sentence is Kathleen Kennedy, the current president of Lucasfilm and the person responsible for getting Abrams onboard for the sequel.

'Episode VII' is set for release in 2015; Disney, which owns Lucasfilm now, has not set an official date for the film's release.
