'Celebrity Big Brother' 2016: Samantha Fox Reveals The Heartbreaking Reason She Signed Up

She first met with producers two years ago.

Celebrity Big Brother’ star Samantha Fox has revealed the heartbreaking reason she decided to take part in the show. 

The ‘80s model and singer has become a housemate after being persuaded by her late partner.

Samantha previously opened up about the devastating loss of her partner on ‘This Morning’, telling Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby she’d had a “difficult couple of years”. 

“The suffering is over… she suffered for a good two years,” she said.

“She was told she was terminal two years before she died, so that was the most difficult time, the two years leading up to her death.”

Samantha was one of the 15 famous faced who entered the ‘CBB’ house on Thursday (29 July) night. 

He was joined on the line-up by the likes of Christopher Biggins, ‘X Factor’ star Katie Waissel, Loose Women’s Saira Khan and ‘EastEnders’ actor Ricky Norwood
