'Big Brother' Evictee Marco Pierre White Jr In Court Over Drug-Driving Charges

He was pulled over in his car back in April.

‘Big Brother’ evictee Marco Pierre White Jr has appeared in court, on charges of driving while under the influence of drugs.

Marco was pulled over while driving in Hammersmith in west London back in April - weeks before entering the 'BB' house - when it’s alleged that he tested positive for cocaine.

He is said to have had more than 200 microgrammes of the class-A drug in his system at the time.

Photos taken on Tuesday morning (21 June), show him making his way to Hammersmith Magistrates’ Court, wearing a long t-shirt with a floral print and a grey hoodie.

It’s not yet known whether he intends to plead guilty for the charges.

Over the weekend, Marco became the first housemate to be evicted from the ‘BB’ house, marking the only time in 17 series that the viewing public chose a male contestant as their first evictee.

He may have only lasted 11 days in the house, but he certainly made an impression on both viewers and his fellow contestants, at one point bragging that he’d spent - in his words - “a quarter of a million pounds on prostitutes, cocaine and alcohol”.

Marco was also responsible for one of the most outrageous moments of the current series, when he was shown being “choked” by Laura Carter during a raunchy moment in the pod.

Channel 5’s decision to air the scene has sparked a backlash from some viewers, with Ofcom receiving more than 600 complaints.

The broadcasting regulator has now confirmed that they’ll be launching an investigation, saying in a statement: "We’re investigating whether sexual scenes in this episode of Big Brother exceeded generally accepted standards for its time of broadcast."

Sada has the unenviable honour of being the first contestant to ever be evicted from the 'Big Brother' house, in the show's very first series.

Among Penny's memorable moments were her rows with Stuart, her rehearsal for her eviction and accidentally dropping her towel on camera (which we're sure the pupils at the school she worked at were in no rush to let her forget).

The fourth series of 'Big Brother' is generally regarded as the year the show got really boring. Whether or not that's true, we think it could have escaped that rep had Anouska lasted in the house a little longer.

Kitten's eviction was actually added last minute, as a warning to the housemates about their frequent rule-breaking.

Non-practising white witch Mary was put up for eviction by Makosi as part of her 'secret mission'. Although Makosi claimed she did it because she thought it was what Mary wanted, that didn't stop her branding her housemate a 'snake in the grass' when she found out.

Bonnie promised so much in her audition tape, but - eclipsed by huge characters like Pete, Shahbaz, Lea and Nikki - she was sadly barely noticed by viewers during her short time in the house.

Shabnam Paryani (2007)(08 of17)

Shabnam's eviction was particularly note-worthy, as she sang and danced for the crowd in an attempt to get them to stop booing.

It did not work.

His outrageous behaviour might have made him a talking point on the show, but it didn't make him any more popular, as he became the first male housemate to be booted out first by the public in 16 years of 'Big Brother'.
