'Eeeeeh howay, here's me top moments, pet. COS AM WERTH IT.'

The nation is currently lamenting the loss of our favourite talent show judge, following the news Cheryl Fernandez-Versini has quit 'The X Factor'.

Yep, after five glorious series, 'wor Chezza' if off, leaving Simon Cowell with a rather big hole to fill in the judging panel.

It's certainly been a 'journey' for Cheryl over her time on the show, which she joined for the first time in 2008.

She's won twice, been fired from the US version, had a very public falling out with Simon, staged a triumphant return after a three-year break, and shed more tears than an audience at an Adele gig - and that's without even mentioning her colourful personal life.

So as we bid a sad farewell to the Geordie lass, who will now be focussing on her music career, let's take a stroll down memory lane to remind ourselves of what made her such a brilliant 'X Factor' judge.

We'll miss ya, pet.
