Rita Ora really has it tough, doesn’t she? A string of hits to her name, a lovely boyfriend in the form of Calvin Harris and now she gets to spend her Sunday nights ripping the shirt off Zac Efron’s back.

However does she cope?

At Sunday night’s MTV Movie Awards, Zac celebrated his big win in the category of ‘Best Shirtless Scene’ by whipping his top off, much to the delight of his fans in the audience.

Rita Ora really does get all the difficult jobs, doesn't she?

Luckily Rita, who presented him with the award alongside Jessica Alba, was at hand to help him out of his shirt.

He won for his shirtless performance in the film ‘That Awkward Moment’, where he is seen flaunting his abs-olutely perfect torso at several points.

And for anyone hoping to see more of Zac’s bod (that’s pretty much everyone, then?) he is once again flashing some flesh in the upcoming comedy ‘Bad Neighbours’, which hits cinemas in May.

We think we might need to lie down for a minute

Rita herself wasn’t exactly demure in her outfit choice either, hitting the red carpet in a boob-tastic dress that really had people talking.

The biggest winner of the night was ‘The Hunger Games: Catching Fire’, which managed to scoop three awards.

Its stars Josh Hutcherson and Jennifer Lawrence bagged the ‘Best Female Performance’ and ‘Best Male Performance’ gongs, while the film beat stiff competition from ‘12 Years A Slave’ and ‘American Hustle’ in the ‘Best Movie’ category.
