'Celebrity Big Brother' contestant Luisa Zissman reckons fellow housemates Lee Ryan and Casey Batchelor are putting their romance on for the sake of the cameras. Gasp.

The former 'Apprentice' star claims the love birds probably don't "even fancy each other".

“I think Lee has realised it’s one of the only ways to stay. It’s like the oldest trick in the book. If we had some lesbian thing we’d win,” she told Jasmine Waltz.

Of course, Lee and Casey aren't the only stars over the years whose so-called romance has been more about money and fame than true love...

Made In Chelsea's Sam Thompson and Fran Newman-Young(01 of05)

We don't want to lump all of the relationships in Made In Chelsea into this fauxmance feature (for starters, there are just too bloody many), so we'll just mention the most ridiculous. When newbie Sam Thompson tried to date Fran Newman-Young the lack of chemistry was clear to not just her but the viewers. It wasn't just the £3 bunch of flowers that smelt wrong but the whiff of a cheeky little scamp who merely wanted to get his face on-screen. (credit:Channel 4 )
I'm A Celebrity stars Joey Essex and Amy Willerton(02 of05)

They shared some romantic showers and massages in the jungle - but was there ever really a spark between this jungle duo? Viewers were quick to call out the pair's affair as a fauxmance when they emerged from the jungle and snapped up every paid- for photo call and interview opportunity available to make it look like they were an item but without showing any real chemistry. They even linked arms at the British Comedy Awards, for God's sake. And while the pair were touted to earn up to £5 million as a couple the love birds' romance “fizzled out” at the end of December. So much for everlasting jungle love. (credit:Rex)
Chantelle Houghton and Samuel Preston(03 of05)

They first got together on Celebrity Big Brother (although Chantelle wan’t a celeb at the time) in 2006. They married after the show but quickly divorced. That should have been the end of it but in 2010 the pair were reunited on Ultimate Big Brother and that's when the fauxmance claims really heated up. Chantelle pleaded she was still in love with him as they were papped in restaurants together after the series but Preston quickly put out a statement rubbishing their relationship. (credit:PA)
Chanelle Hayes and Ziggy Lichman(04 of05)

Big Brother contestants Ziggy and Chanelle met on series 8 and had an on-off relationship in the house and after they left, until their inevitable split and slanging matches in the media began. Cue magazine deals and lots more cash. (credit:PA)
Michelle Bass and Stuart Wilson(05 of05)

Michelle and Stuart got it on in the Big Brother house back in 2005 before splitting a few months after leaving the show when Michelle became a presenter on TV X Fantasy Channel. We're guessing that's the equivalent of something more lucrative coming along... (credit:PA)

But don't feel too pessimistic, sometimes - just sometimes - real love can be found by taking part in a reality TV show. Just look at Katie Price and Peter Andre. They fell in love in the jungle, married, had kids and then divorced. A modern day fairytale.
