Over the past 25 years since the initial release of 'Die Hard', Bruce Willis has played the lone person stopping bad things happening in unexpected places.

But in his career-defining role as loose cannon, Irish-American cop John McClane, Willis has come up against some tough villains along the way - from the charismatic Hans Gruber to computer genius Thomas Gabriel and his beautiful but deadly associate Mai Linh.

The fifth instalment in the franchise, 'A Good Day To Die Hard', is released in cinemas on 14 February.

It will see Willis travel to Russia to help his estranged son, Jack (Jai Courtney), out of prison, and come up against Sebastian Koch (the film's primary villain, Komorov) as he uncovers a terrorist plot.

The Die Hard 25th Anniversary Blu-ray Collection is out now, from Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment.
