Jodie Comer Reveals One Killing Eve Fan Asked Her To Strangle Her

And we thought we were obsessed...

We knew that Killing Eve has attracted some dedicated fans, but Jodie Comer has revealed that one took things a little too far.

During an appearance on Friday’s Graham Norton Show, the British actress, who plays psychopathic assassin Villanelle in the BBC hit, said she had a particularly bizarre request when she met one fan recently.

She said: “A lot of people just look at me in a ‘is it her?’ sort of way, but recently I had a really strange one – a woman asked for a photograph with me and then she whispered in my ear, ‘Will you strangle me?’ I said, ‘No!’”

The 26-year-old also talked about the level of expectation on the second series, which has just started airing in the US.

“There is a lot more pressure because of expectations and everyone is waiting on tenterhooks for it to come out, but once you start filming, you just have to put that to one side,” she said.
