The London 2012 Olympic Games came to a triumphant end last night with a huge concert watched by more than 26 million people.
Held at the Olympic Park in East London, the closing ceremony showcased just how much British music is of a world-class standard, with an array of performances from current chart-toppers such as One Direction and Jessie J, nineties favourites the Spice Girls and Take That, plus music legends such as Queen and The Who.
